There are just a few precious weeks of summertime grilling left. If you want to make the most of them, a really cool gadget I’ve been trying out is the iGrill, a Bluetooth grilling/cooking thermometer.
The iGrill is the world’s first wireless meat thermometer that comes with an app for iPod touch, iPhone and iPad, letting you monitor your food with your device via a long-range Blutooth connection. The gadget comes with two probes to insert into your food while on the grill, transmitting cooking status to your mobile device. This means you can relax with your guests while your food cooks at the safe, target temperature.
The iGrill comes with recipes, and you can also use as a stand-alone thermometer and kitchen timer.
